4 m in Latvia since August

Since 14 August 2016 have the Latvian amateurs access to the 4 m band on a secondary basis. The allocation is 70,0 MHz to 70,5 MHz and max 100 W. The antenna must not be turned towards neighbour countries, i.e. Russia and Belorussia, that do have access to the 4 m band. The license is also valid for CEPT.
YL2CP should already be QRV.
